These are few ladies who are unique in their own ways and have inspired me in many ways. I adore & so love each of them.

I really don’t care what rest of the world thinks of them, for me they are women of substance.

Gauri Khan (Family) – Knows how to balance here family & has been a strongest support to her super star husband. Love the way she carries herself in public events and I so envy her for having an amazing love story.

Sushmita Sen (Love) – Just not miss universe but she is one who carries her heart on her sleeves. Loves passionately and is so true to herself. Adopting kids & caring a damn to the society makes her what she is.

Sudha Murthy (Strength) – Simple living and high thinking. An ideal example for how a woman can make a man succeed, make it big from something very small.

Sheryl Sandberg (Profession) – A perfect combination of beauty & brains. A living example of how a lady can hold higher leadership position & can prove her worth in this men domination corporate world.

Sunny Leone (Seduction) – She placed Indian girls in the global map for being hotter than ever. Awesomely beautiful and sexy. Open about her porn movies and is a proud wife.

Nita Ambani (Business) –

For someone age and bank balance is just a number. Multi- talented lady and can justify herself in any field from sports, dance to business.

A women is a combination of talent, beauty, strength, intelligence, grace… one who keep inspiring others in every walk of life :)

A feminist during her college days,

is career-minded and career oriented.

go camping, biking,

be shy, be bold,

trust men occasionally,

give that second chance to everyone,

be a romantic,

get emotionally hyped over nothing and cool down suddenly,

go on a diet, yet eat chocolates and ice creams,

love being a woman,

get high and stay high on life, love her man and her reflection,

learn to love herself,

kiss herself goodnight in the mirror,

break rules – lead the dances,

drive her man’s car,

manage his business, wear his clothes

yet know that he’s a man and she’s the woman,

get flattered,

wear latest fashion and wear fine diamonds

for no special reason,

lay down principles in her life,

go out for window shopping all alone,

know the way to her man’s heart,

never forget the girl within.

Celebration of the power of Womeness at Office

Pink, Green, Red, Purple, Orange colors all around… well the office looked very much like heaven, with the presence of the beautiful lovely ladies dressed up in ethnic wear “Saree”. It was all for the 100th anniversary of International Women's Day being celebrated at Teleca office on March 8, 2011.
The event kicked off with the inauguration of “Femme De Teleca” a networking forum for all the Teleca India Women’s. The main objective was to create a platform where women’s could share information, new ideas, and latest trends in business, fashion, lifestyle etc, a podium to express concerns, issues and suggestions.

But engineering business is basically a men’s world and Teleca India head Santosh Xavier begged to differ. He shared his thoughts on all his attempts to change this myth and encourage more women contribution in Teleca’s growth. Later followed a quiz making everyone recognize all women – past heroines, today's leaders and tomorrow's champions for what they have achieved and what is to come.

Women at times gets compliments for her beauty, looks, intelligence and always for here humbles and scarifies she makes, but this time it was awards given away to women’s for being well dressed, congenial, bold and gracious. Other set of awards were given to the ladies for exemplary performers at Teleca. Health, skin care and weight are major concerns for any women and thus a doctor was invited to talk on women related health issues and share key mantras to stay happy and gorges forever.

Later games, music, dance, song performance filled the atmosphere with lots of fun, joy and gave everyone a moment where she felt proud of being “A Women”. The message was “Bring in the difference, believe in yourself and the gift of being women!! Make everyday Women's Day. Do your bit to ensure that the future for girls is bright, equal, safe and rewarding.”
