Sun Tech Days 2009 in India @Hyderabad & @Pune

This Sun thingy is only for programmers? Or code-averse junta allowed too?

@Anonymous: The event focuses on Java, Eclipse and Solaris. Not very specific to programmers. Any once having interest in these areas can make it up. Check the agenda and see if its of your interest http://www.sercononline.com/suntechdays09/agenda.htm

Today I have attended Sun tech days in Hyd. Tech talks were good enough but not the best when we compare with previous ones. Overall it was good Day 1.

@Kranthi I totally agree with you, Loved Keynote – James Gosling talk and demos on JavaFX at the welcome address.
The theme for this year's Sun Tech Days program was " Empowering YOU" and it was successful in aiming at fostering "Innovation, Collaboration, and Integration" amongst the developer community in order to drive innovation.
